If you want to get a real feel for the West Coast lifestyle, host family accommodation is your best bet! Experiencing the American dream up close and personal, you'll stay with a welcoming, carefully selected Californian family who will be happy to share their culture and lifestyle with you. You'll be accommodated in a single room with half-board provided and will have the opportunity to practise the language with your hosts day after day. Your English will improve twice as fast! Most families live in residential areas in the Greater Los Angeles area, close to Santa Monica. Commute to the school in 30-60 minutes by public transport.

Note: It is compulsory for students under 18 to book homestay accommodation and provide a parental consent form.

This residence is a sleek, modern apartment complex within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the school. Students will be placed in a two-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, living space with a TV, free WIFI, and balcony. Every room has an ensuite bathroom and desks – they are designed for two students but can be rented by a single student if requested. Students are provided with linen which they can clean for free using the laundry facilities in the apartment. Students will need to cater for themselves using the kitchen and keep their own space clean, but a cleaning service of the common rooms will happen weekly. Overall, this space is perfect for students to enjoy everything Santa Monica has to offer, with new friends and plenty of modern comforts.
