Living with a host family while learning English in Cambridge will give you a truly memorable experience, both in a linguistic sense and from a cultural point of view! You'll get to live with a local host and feel the true value of total immersion as you practise your English. Host families offer half board, so you'll have two meals a day provided, not to mention a great opportunity to bond over the dinner table! Your host will usually be between 30 and 60 minutes on average from the school by bus (maximum travel time 60 minutes).

Located in a young, vibrant neighbourhood in Cambridge, filled with bars and restaurants, this residence is the perfect option for students who want to live the English student life – just 15 minutes from the school by bike. Students will be placed in single room with a private bathroom, WIFI, desk, chair, and storage space. Students will be given bed linen, but should bring their own towels – they can clean both for a fee using the on-site laundry facilities. Students will be expected to keep their personal space clean and cater for themselves, but the residence will clean common areas bi-weekly. Students can blow off some steam between classes in the shared on-site gym.

This residence offers the perfect balance of independence and community, just 15 minutes by bike from your school. Your private studio room features a kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom, with a small double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and storage. Your kitchenette includes a hob, combination microwave oven, fridge, and all crockery and utensils for preparing meals. Shared facilities include a cinema room, library, table tennis table, bike storage, and study areas. Laundry facilities are available for an extra fee, and free Wi-Fi is present throughout the residence. Room cleaning and linen service are provided on arrival, but you’ll be responsible for keeping them both clean throughout your stay.
