Kaplan International - Westwood

Get a slice of American life during your English course at Kaplan Los Angeles Westwood, as you stay with a local host family. You’ll learn more about local life and improve your English as you practise with your host, enjoying dinner together (half board provided). You’ll stay in a single or twin room with a shared bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, but the laundry service may incur extra costs. Your host will usually be 55 minutes average from the school by bus (maximum travel time 60 minutes), allowing you to explore new areas of LA!

This is the perfect residential option for students who want to experience the California lifestyle independently and surrounded by new friends. The residence is perfectly located, just a short bus ride from class. Students will be placed in a single "economy" or twin room in a shared living space. You can also choose the “Deluxe” single room, which is larger than its counterpart and equipped with a sofa/coffee table. Each room includes an en-suite bathroom, mini-fridge, desk, sofa, and storage space. The apartments are equipped with free WIFI, a washing machine, a dryer, and a shared kitchen. Students will be expected to cater for themselves, but the apartments will be cleaned twice a month by the residence. Towels and linen will be provided by the residence; however, the students will be responsible for cleaning them.
