By sharing your day-to-day life with a host family in Montreal, you will get to speak French in a relaxed environment and will learn thousands of things about the locals’ habits and lifestyle. An enriching experience! You will stay in either a single or twin room and will share the other areas of the home with your hosts. Students have the option of catering for themselves or either half board or full board to get an overview of the local culinary traditions. Each host family will be 45-55 mins by public transport from the school on average.

NOTE: It is compulsory for students under 18 to stay in a single room with half board, to book return airport transfers and require a parental consent form. Students should also provide a custodianship letter if requested by the Embassy.

This residence is ideal for students who want their trip to Montreal to be fun, social and in the centre of the action – just 15 minutes from the school and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Students will be placed in a single room within an apartment of 2-4 other students that has a lounge with WIFI, TV, a dining room, and a shared kitchen. Each room has a desk and wardrobe, with access to a bathroom shared with two other students. The residence will provide linen which students can wash for a fee using the onsite facilities. Students need to keep their personal space clean and cater for themselves, but common rooms will be cleaned by the property weekly. Between classes, you can use the onsite fitness centre and games room with your new friends.
