Leisure

After classes and during the weekend, it's time for social activities, organised and accompanied by the team of activity coordinators, including sports, excursions, visits to museums and to the "Château de Chillon", shopping in Montreux... These activities as well as the disco parties, cinema outings and barbecue evenings on the banks of Lake Geneva allow the young students to spend nice moments among themselves outside of the classrooms. In addition to the standard social programme, optional activities are offered on site for students looking for more sports or different activities; cooking, horse riding and tennis. Memories guaranteed and your camera is a must!

COURSE PLUS COOKING Summer/Autumn Cooking is a great way to experience a country’s culture and take a little of it back home with you to share with your friends and family. This programme will see you learn both local and international cooking styles, all while receiving daily language lessons. Not only will you learn new vocabulary and phrases related to cooking, but you can also practise your listening and speaking skills by following recipes and communicating with others in the kitchen. Overall, this programme is the ideal way to learn a language in an interactive setting.

Programme This programme consists of daily language lessons alongside three cooking lessons per week. The cooking curriculum includes cooking a range of desserts and sweets such as macarons, Breton Far, chocolate mousse and gateau Basque. We will also delve into the preparation of savoury dishes like sauces and salads. Alongside the hands-on cooking experience, there will be a brief theoretical component that covers key concepts in cooking, including ingredients and fundamental kitchen techniques. At the end of the class, students will receive copies of the recipes to take home and recreate the dishes on their own.
