Host family

esl host family accommodation chinese

The best way to immerse yourself in Chinese culture and fully take advantage of your time abroad is by staying with a local host family. You’ll be using your language skills from the moment you come home and live like a local as you sample traditional meals from your host and make new friends. Each student will have a single room equipped with a bed, closet, bedside table, and desk in a house with no more than 2 students, and a maximum of 50 minutes from your school. There is Wi-fi available throughout the house and you’ll be provided linen which will be changed every week—you should bring your own towel. You’ll be able to do laundry for free in the laundry room, and you’ll have full board provided (with lunch being served at the school).
