Host family

esl host family japan juniors

A stay with a host family allows students to put into practice their language skills in a friendly and authentic environment. You’ll stay in a single or twin bedroom and share the bathroom with the family members. Bed linen and towels are provided, and your hosts will wash your clothes when you need it. During breakfast and dinner, you’ll have the chance to talk to them and use your newly acquired Japanese knowledge. Usually, host families live 45-50 minutes from the school by public transports.

Also, the famous Osaka Castle is less than an hour away by train, while beautiful Kyoto – with its amazing temples and traditional tearooms – is an hour and a half away! There’s really something for everyone… Oh, and don’t forget to try the famous Kobe beef!
