Just steps away from the historic centre of Florence, this Italian language school is located on a calm street near the central train station. The campus consists of a three-storey building dating from the 19th century. Offering constant supervision and perfect conditions for young learners, Linguaviva has 16 inviting, air-conditioned classrooms fitted with audio and video material. The language school also offers free internet access. Students will be able to make the most of their adventures through the activity pack offered by the school, including tours of the city, sports and visits to iconic nearby areas, such as Siena and San Gimignano and Pisa.

Host family

Students looking for an immersive Italian student experience will find it in homestay accommodation. Host families are located no more than 15 minutes by public transport from the school. Students will be placed in a twin or single room, with both bed linen and towels included – laundry will be done weekly by the host family. Students will receive a full board of traditional Italian food, with breakfast and dinner provided by the host family and lunch given by the school – on the weekend, the host family will provide all meals.
