Leisure

Over 2 weeks, students embark on one full-day trip by public transport to explore the greater Dublin area, then on two full-day trips by private coach visiting iconic destinations such as the Cliffs of Moher and Galway City, Wicklow Gaol & Glendalough or National Stud & Kildare village. The programme also includes two half-day trips, where students visit cultural and historical landmarks such as St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and the EPIC Emigration Museum, or take part in a Dublin City Orientation Tour. These outings are guided by ATC staff and include entrance fees. Beyond sightseeing, the programme also features two half-day off-campus activities in picturesque locations like Bray, Dun Laoghaire, or Howth. To further enrich your learning experience, you’ll also have a variety of workshops focusing on creative and practical skills, such as drama, vlogging, sustainability, and leadership. Lastly, you’ll also have one evening dedicated to a group dinner off-campus alongside other social events like bowling and cinema outings.
