Our partner school works with a selection of families that have been carefully chosen for the quality of their welcome. The host families are located 30 minutes (on average) from the training centre and are a great way to surround yourself with the language and learn the sort of turns of phrase that are used in everyday life situations. By sharing your life with the Salzburg locals, you will come home with authentic knowledge about the local habits and customs. You will stay in a single room and you may choose between breakfast and half board.

Our partner school holds lessons outside the classroom once a week: three hours in the afternoon or evening are devoted to news topics and students are invited to express their opinion on the given subject. Excursions to Hellbrunn Castle to see the stunning aquatic gardens, to Salzkammergut to explore this beautiful region’s lakes and mountains and a visit to the outdoor Grossgmain museum are all on the school’s weekly schedule. You will also have the chance to go on a cruise on the River Salzach and stop a while at the city’s oldest café. If you’re feeling brave then try a spot of rafting or if you’re feeling nostalgic then why not hop on a bike and ride through The Sound of Music’s filming locations? Inlingua also offers theatre and museum visits so you see every side of Salzburg and its surroundings.
