Seoul is shopping paradise. Need to shop at 4am? Dongdaemun is the place, with 26 shopping malls and 30,000 speciality shops. It's open from 10:30am to 5am daily except Monday & some public holidays. Want some high-end luxury? Parnas and COEX Mall in Gangnam are hard to beat, although Yeouido IFC Mall, the largest mall in Korea, deserves a special mention. The most famous shopping district is Myeongdong, where you’ll find everything from big brands to unique local items. The Seoul Folk Flea Market on Cheonggyecheon Stream (also referred to as Seoul Pungmul Market) offers folk souvenirs, regional specialities, clothing and food.
