Grande-Terre, the eastern wing of the island, has some amazing beaches where you can indulge in any number of activities like windsurfing, waterskiing or simply relaxing with a slug of the much-loved local rum. If you ever need a change of paradisiacal scenery, neighbouring islands Montserrat, Dominica, Martinique and Antigua offer even more white sand, blue skies and exotic fauna.
